We run five dedicated weekly routes out of Delcambre, LA — covering New Iberia (Monday), Lafayette (Tuesday & Thursday), Lake Charles (Wednesday), Baton Rouge (Thursday), and New Orleans/Northshore (Friday). Pickup is available by arrangement at 209 S Richard Street, Delcambre, LA 70528, during business hours — Monday through Thursday 8am–5pm and Friday 8am–12pm. Call ahead so we can have your order pulled and ready when you arrive.

All wholesale customers have access to our free online portal through our partner Wholesail. You can view your account, check invoices, and set up autopay. Ask us about getting set up when you place your first order.

Due to the perishable nature of frozen shrimp, returns are not accepted. However, if there's ever an issue with your order, contact us right away — customer satisfaction is a priority and we'll work to make it right.

Absolutely not. Every pound of shrimp we sell is wild-caught in the Gulf of Mexico — 100% domestic, never imported, never pond-raised. We take pride in supporting local Gulf fishermen and delivering a product you can put on your menu with confidence.

Shrimp are sized by count per pound. A count of 21/25 means there are between 21 and 25 shrimp in one pound. The lower the count, the larger the shrimp — so a 16/20 is larger than a 26/30. We carry counts from U/12 (our largest) all the way to 150/UP on peeled shrimp. Not sure which size is right for your menu? Call us.

The Gulf shrimp season varies by area. Inshore, the spring season runs May–July and the fall season runs August–December. Offshore federal waters (3–200 miles) are open year-round. Because we source from multiple areas, we maintain consistent stock throughout the year.

When stored properly in the freezer, Gulf shrimp retain peak flavor for 6–9 months. They remain safe beyond that — up to 10–12 months — though you may notice a subtle reduction in texture. We recommend using within the first 9 months for best results.

White shrimp tend to have a milder, sweeter flavor and a firmer texture — preferred by most restaurants for their versatility. Brown shrimp have a stronger, more robust flavor popular in bold dishes like étouffée, gumbo, and bisques. We carry both on our headless shell-on product.

Home delivery is a flat $25, and it’s free on orders over $100. There’s no minimum to order online — the 50 lb minimum applies only to wholesale restaurant accounts.
